If you wish to join the Lodi Volunteer Ambulance Rescue squad, please download & fill out the Membership Application form in addition please also download and fill out the Bergen County 1st Responder ID Card Application . Once you have completed the forms, please feel free to drop it off anytime between 6 & 10pm Sunday – Saturday.

-Expectations of a probationary member:

A member is required to be on call for one 12 hr shift per week between the hours of 6pm-6am. Weekend rotations are also mandatory for members.

Before becoming a probationary member, perspective candidates will need to obtain First Aid & a valid CPR card for the Healthcare Provider: AHA (American Heart Association). The training will be provided to any oncoming member through the squad if you do not have it.

Within one year of becoming a probationary member, you must be NJ State Certified as an EMT-B.

-Youth Corp Members:

Youth Corp members must be between the ages of 16-18. They are assigned a 4 hour duty shift between the hours of 6-10pm once a week. Valid First Aid & CPR are required. The squad will provide this training if needed.
